Defaults in Deafult view
Seems a bit crazy to have a default for the default, but here's my thinking. With the ability for end users to customize a view, it now makes sense to use the default columns when defining a view and then let the end user decide which columns he/she wants to see. So the default columns should in my opinion contain every column which is meaningful to the end user.

However in some cases this can be a bewildering array of columns when first viewing. So my suggestions is to be able to select in the default view for a table, both the default columns as they are today and the columns which are displayed the very first time a user sees a certain view.

Also the ability to decide the order of the columns in the default view would be appreciated as the default view does not give choice to the admin.
