I propose centering attachment column names vertically on the view form when thumbnails are disabled.
The reason being that when you have an empty attachment column between two attachment columns with something in them, the column names look as though they're placed a little haphazardly.
I think it would be visually nicer if the column names were centered.
I've attached a screenshot to show what I'm seeing.
