Info bubble for views
In our application we have a lot of view's and we can't always remember what they do.

It would be cool if we could have an info bubble pop up when you hover over a link to a view that shows the description of what the view does.

Just like the "?"...when you hover over that, the column description is displayed.
Would this be difficult to implement? It'd be a great way to describe what each row colorisation means. In the view description, you could write "Red" = "Overdue", "Green" = "Payment required", "Light Blue" = "Not yet Required".....or something of that nature
