Hello - the behavior as of 28 Nov 2011 is that when you have [ask the user]-containing search views, if the user does not limit the search by making selections, the view will show everything, up to the number of rows indicated.
However, sometimes you want to show everything, so long as certain parameters are selected. That is, if you do not choose anything and do [execute query], nothing will show up, in this enhancement.
The idea is: I want to limit visibility of records to a given role, UNLESS they choose a specific thing A, B or C.
It would be good if you could consider such a thing.

In other words, "show something only if I choose something in ask the user", is the concept.
