I don't know about you but I often have to attach my teamdesk files (usually documents) to e-mails, or otherwise upload them over the web. In gmail and other applications, I can drag a file into the attachment screen and it will automatically upload.
Wouldn't it be nice to drag the file icon right into gmail and have it upload? It would sure beat having to open the file, save it, then upload it.
