It would also be nice if you clicked on a name, an outlook window would pop up with the task summary in the subject line.

Google has just announced Google Apps support for the Outlook interface (obviating the need for MS Exchange), so it might make sense to consider the Outlook Connector suggestion in relation to Kirill's suggestion for Outlook calendar support, elsewhere on the TeamDesk Idea Exchange.

Slightly different topic, but still under the outlook heading. I find that we are writing emails in Outlook and then cut/pasting them to TeamDesk. Similar for incoming emails. Any chance of an Outlook plug-in which allows fileing to TeamDesk while sending or after reading. Salesforce.com have something like this.
