Exporting tables to Excel from Overview and not only from selected View
i think it's very important to allow users (not only admin) to export the table to excel, allowing them to read it offline, use its data and intergrate it with their own applications and reports. of course they'll be allowed to export only the fields they are allowed to view.
i know it's available if you choose a view from the left side but it makes no sense. why should List All from the left side be different than List All in the overview ?? and how can you expect a user to know that if he chooses a view from the left pane he'll get more options ? and also, in some tables, where i need only one view, i hide the view from the left pane and put it only in the overview because what's the point.

When viewing particular view (from the left side bar) the users are able to export the content of the view to either CSV or Excel format.

I still think you should be able to do this from the Overview pages.

You should have the ability to export from a View which is housed in a Dashboard which I guess is the Overview page. Having to navigate to the same View from the Dashboard is an unnecessary step.

You can now enable Print/Export/Send for dashboard section (default is off)
